Detailed Itinerary of 3 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari
Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Evening Game Drive
Your Uganda safari guide shall pick you from your hotel of stay in Entebbe or Kampala, or airport upon arrival. After a short briefing, you shall proceed on a transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is about 6 hours away. Along the way be sure to enjoy the different community sightings of Uganda which will vary as you drive along; enjoy a number of stops en-route including an Equator stop in Kayabwe and lunch.
Drive through the amazing landscapes that are characterised with open grassland, nkole long horned cattle, tea plantations, various woodlands and the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Enjoy an evening game drive to give you an insight into what to expect on a longer game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Look out for wild game like antelopes, buffaloes, elephants and so much more which are an easy sighting here. Proceed to drive to the lodge, check in and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnights stay.

Day 2: Early Morning Game Drive, Kazinga Channel Boat Safari
Wake up to an a cup of tea/coffee at the lodge, and together with you guide embark on an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park for a chance to catch the animals in Queen Elizabeth National Park before the sun comes out. Along the Kasenyi trail, you will have a great chance to sight a variety of wildlife including the Ugandan kobs, elephants, buffaloes, lions, warthogs, waterbucks and so much more.
Return to the lodge for breakfast, relax at the hotel and after lunch proceed to embark on a 2-hour Kazinga Channel boat safari experience. Kazinga Channel connects Lake George and Lake Edward. A boat safari allows you a chance to see water animals and birds in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Look out for hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, warthogs, elephants, Malachite Kingfishers, Pink-backed pelicans and so much more.

Day 3: Departure
Wake up and enjoy breakfast at leisure at the lodge. Check out thereafter, and opt for a primate walk as an optional activity you can pay for on sight, or simply proceed on a transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe, with lunch enjoyed en-route. You shall have a stop in Mpambire drum centre where you will see how drums are made locally, and also get a chance to buy souvenirs here in support of the local women of the area.
