Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Bwindi Buhoma Sector, Batwa Pygmy Experience
You will be picked up from Kigali Airport upon your arrival by your guide who will meet you and brief you about your trip. Thereafter, you will start your drive to Katuna border to cross to Uganda. Once in Bwindi, you will continue to the lodge for check in, relax as you wait for lunch at the lodge.
Later get to enjoy a Batwa cultural experience for a chance to learn about the locals and their way of life. Return to the lodge thereafter for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
After an early breakfast, you will meet up with your driver guide to transfer to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. After the briefing you will be allocated a gorilla family to trek and a park guide who is knowledgeable about the mountain gorillas and also conversant with different gorilla trekking trails. Trekking of mountain gorillas in Bwindi impenetrable national park takes about 30 minutes to 7 hours depending on where the gorillas are located because they like to move from one place to another in search of food. Spend up to 1 hour with the gorillas, and thereafter proceed to trek back to the starting point.
Get your trekking certificate, and return to the lodge for a late lunch. Spend the rest of the after relaxing and reminiscing about your earlier experience. Dinner and an overnight stay as above.
Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Ishasha Sector Game Drive
After breakfast at the lodge, proceed to transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, and get to enjoy a game drive in the Ishasha sector famous for the tree climbing lions. Day 4: Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
After having an early breakfast at your lodge, you will engage in a morning game drive around Queen Elizabeth national park where you will enjoy looking out for wildlife species such as elephants, lions, buffalos, antelopes among others. Your lunch will be had after your morning game drive.
You will also in a boat cruise along Kazinga channel as you enjoy the scenery and also look out for different wildlife species in the water such as hippos, elephants, buffalos and Nile crocodiles and also various bird species such as cormorants, hammerkops, kingfishers, fish eagles. Day 5: Departure
Drive Time: 5-6 hours
