3 days Manyara trip

3 days Manyara trip is a safari which will start in Arusha and involves a wildlife viewing experience in Lake Manyara national park in the northern part of Tanzania. During the Tanzania safari, you will engage in game drives during the day and also take part in a night game drive and a canopy walk as you visit the national park.

Day 1; pick up and drive to Lake Manyara national park

Your guide will pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Arusha and welcome you for the safari. You will be driven to Lake Manyara national park where you will engage in a game drive and search for the various wildlife species such as elephants, buffalos, hippos, lions, leopards, waterbucks, impalas, gazelles, zebras among others.

You will also see bird species like flamingos during your game drive around Lake Manyara national park. After your game drive, your guide will take you to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Twiga lodge.

Day 2; canopy walk and night game drive

After breakfast at your lodge, you will engage in a canopy walk in Lake Manyara national park. You will enjoy beautiful views of the rift valley and the surroundings in the national park. You will engage in a walk along the treetop walkway along a suspended bridge about 18 meters off the ground.

You will have lunch after your canopy walk and engage in a game drive around Lake Manyara national park as you search for wildlife species such as elephants, lions, buffalos, hippos, giraffes, impalas, gazelles among others. You will return to your lodge to freshen up and later take part in a night game drive around Lake Manyara national park in search of the nocturnal wildlife species. After the game drive, you will be driven to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Twiga lodge.

Day 3; drive to Arusha

After having breakfast and checking out of your lodge, you will be driven to Arusha by your guide who will drop you off at the airport or your hotel in Arusha which will bring the safari to an end.
