Nyumbu Luxury Camp Ndutu
Nyumbu Luxury Camp Ndutu is a seasonal mobile accommodation found in Ndutu areas in the Ngorongoro conservation areas Tanzania region. The camp is in the perfect base offering the unique blend of wildlife diversity, stunning landscapes, and cultural significance. The camp is owned and operated by Nyumbu Collections which runs unique properties in Tanzania. The Camp is situated in the perfect base for game viewing since it’s a wildlife safari destination. One can be at the camp taking approximately 4 4-hour drive from Arusha town to Ngorongoro and 1-2 hours to fly from Arusha to the close Ndutu airstrip then a few minute’s drives to be transferred to the camp.
Nyumbu Luxury Camp Ndutu consists of 10 spacious and comfortable en-suite tents inclusive of two family tents on a raised deck overlooking the Ndutu plains reflecting a traditional high level of Comfort. Tents are well decorated, elevated on a raised platform, and furnished with en-suite facilities of Clean flushing toilet, bathroom with hot and cold running water, sink and showers, solar energy available, wood chair and table, beds wrapped with mosquito nets, free toiletries, complimentary bottled water to mention but a few. Tents have verandas and large sitting areas, so you relax while overlooking the spectacular view over the Serengeti plains, Mara River, and surrounding areas. Tents are equipped with excellent clean and washed beddings with queen beds. Tents vary in different sizes with single beds for individuals, double beds/ twins for sharing, and family tents. The camp has a cracking fireplace where guests can relax and share stories and experiences of the safari while on BBQ and sundowner not only that it also provides warmth to the guests during cold days.

A dining area in the main Tent that serves different meals both continental and local cuisine meets guests’ appetites. They serve Continental breakfast and picnic lunch, and diners are served by Friendly, welcoming, and organized staff with skilled chefs. You can have meals in any place of your choice either in the bush or at the lodge. They serve bush dinners overlooking the stars in the sky and morning breakfast enjoying the morning sunrises.
A well-stocked bar with a shared lounge offering a good selection of both soft and hard refreshments like beers, sodas, wines, water, etc, you relax while enjoying the spectacular views over ndutu areas and surrounding areas, During the evening you relax on terraces/sundowners while overlooking ndutu plains

Ngorongoro crater is found in the Northern part of Tanzania close to the Ngorongoro conservation area in the Great Rift Valley covering a total area of 8,292km and is 3 million years old. The crater is the best place in East Africa with beautiful breathtaking Views. There are different attractions in the park which include; wildebeast migration from Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, Salei Plains and Ol karien Gorge, a variety of flora and Fauna, stunning scenery, and many more attractions. The park has different categories of accommodations like; Budget, Mid-range, and luxury accommodations that are convenient and affordable to guests visiting the area. The park contains short grasses with more highlands and other beautiful volcanoes. The area has over 25,000 large animals including 26 black rhinoceros and over 100 number of lions, 7,000 wild beasts, 4,000 zebras, 3,000 eland, and 3,000 Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles. The park has different animals including the big five mammals of the world; lions, Buffaloes, elephants, leopards, Rhinos, zebras, impalas, antelopes, and different bird species. There are more different activities to do while in the Park which include; Game viewing at the crater and Lake Eyasi viewpoint to different animals migrating Crater viewing, Cultural visits in the local village, Hiking the Gol Mountains in the remote areas of the park, Crater Rim Nature walks, Bird watching in the park, Visiting archaeological like oldivai gorge museum and many other activities. The Park gives a tunning view of the Ngorongoro Crater since it’s the largest caldera in the world and the surrounding areas. There are more Maasai mara pastoralists in Ngorongoro Park. June-July and late January and February are the best months to travel to Tanzania for a safari, especially the Ngorongoro side.
