One can be at the camp taking approximately 6-7 hours’ drive from Arusha town to Serengeti national park and 1-2 hours to fly from Arusha to the close Grumeti airstrip then 10 minutes’ drive to the camp.
Andbeyond Grumeti Serengeti River camp consists of 10 en suite comfortable and comfortable en suite tents overlooking the incredible scenic views of the river and wildlife roaming around.
Tents are well decorated, elevated on raised platform and furnished with en-suite facilities of Clean flushing toilet, BATHEROOM with hot and cold showers , sink safari bucket, 24/7 electricity energy available, mosquito nets, tables and chairs, free toiletries, free bottled water , pillows and white duvets, bathrobes, slippers and other facilities . Tents have verandas and sitting area overlooking the spectacular view over the river Serengeti plains and surrounding areas. Tents are equipped with excellent clean and washed beddings with queen sized beds. The camp has Cracking fireplaces pit where guests can relax and share stories and experience of the safari not only that it also provides warmth to the guests in the nights and during cold days. Tents have single beds for individuals, double bed for two people /couple and triple rooming option for a group or family with different costs ranging from 300$ and above per night and price always goes slightly higher in peak season.
