4 days gorilla trek and wildlife safari
4 days gorilla trek and wildlife safari is a tour which is done in the south western parts of Uganda to destinations such as the famous Bwindi national park and also Queen Elizabeth national park.
You will engage in a gorilla trek in Bwindi national park during the safari and also enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel and a game drive around the savannah plains of Queen Elizabeth national park.
Day 1; pick up and flight to Bwindi national park
You will be driven to Entebbe airport for your flight to Bwindi national park. On arrival at Kihihi airstrip, you will be welcomed and driven to your lodge for check in. You will also engage in a cultural tour where you will interact with the Batwa people and enjoy traditional dance performances as you interact with the Batwa and get to know about their way of life. After the Batwa experience, your guide will drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2; gorilla trekking
After an early breakfast at your lodge, your guide wil drive you to the park headquarters in Bwindi national park for briefing about the gorilla trekking activity. After briefing, you will be divided into groups and trek into the Bwindi impenetrable forest where you will look for the gorillas in their natural habitat.
When you find the gorillas you will spend about 1 hour with them before returning to the briefing point where your guide will be waiting to drive you back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3; drive to Queen Elizabeth national park and boat cruise
Your breakfast will be served at your lodge ahead of your drive to Queen Elizabeth national park. You will also engage in a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel on this day as you get a close view of elephants, hippos, buffalos and crocodiles in Kazinga channel as well as different bird species along the lake shores.
The Kazinga channel is formed where Lake Edward and Lake George meet. You will also meet fishermen along the way during your boat ride as you enjoy listening to stories about Kazinga channel. After this experience, you will return to the shores where you will meet your guide and drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4; morning game drive and departure
You will engage in a morning game drive around Queen Elizabeth national park as you enjoy looking out for different wildfire species as you explore the national park such as antelopes, hippos, buffalos, waterbucks, warthogs, elephants among others. after your game drive, you will be driven to the airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe which will bring the Uganda safari to an end.
