Zuri Camp

Zuri Camp is a 3 star mid-range accommodation found in Nyarusigwa valley of the Central Serengeti national park Tanzania Region. The camp is surrounding by scenic hills and rich in year wildlife since great annual migration happen in the area twice a year (April to june and November to January) Perfect for Tourists and travellers who want to explore the park.  One can be at the camp taking approximately 6-7 hour’s drive from arusha town to Serengeti national park and 1-2 hours to fly from arusha to the close Seronera airstrip then 14km to be transferred to the camp.

Zuri camp consists of 6 en suite comfortable and spacious Tents offering single beds for individuals, double  for sharing as well as family rooming options overlooking the savannah Serengeti plains reflecting the traditional building style with Comfort.  Tents are well decorated, elevated on a raised platform  and furnished with en-suite facilities  of Clean flushing toilet,  Bush showers with  hot and cold water ,  safari bucket  shower, solar energy available,   mosquito nets,  tables and  chairs, free toiletries , complementary bottled water  and other facilities. Tents have verandas and sitting area overlooking the spectacular view over Serengeti plains, wildlife roaming around and surrounding areas .Tents are equipped with excellent clean and washed beddings with queen and king sized beds. The camp has Cracking fireplaces where you can relax and share stories and experience of the safari not only that it also provides warmth to the guests in the nights and during cold days.

 Zuri camp offers   different services and facilities which include;

A dining tent that serves different menu both continental and local cuisine that meets guests appetite.  The camp offer Continental   breakfast, picnic lunch and separate dining areas, they also serve out and indoors dinner options and bush barbecue diners, served by welcoming staff.  You can have bush breakfast as you enjoy the morning sunrises and bush diners overlooking the stars in the sky.   During evening u relax on terraces/sundowners while overlooking Serengeti savannah plains.

A well- stocked bar with both hard and soft drinks, you sip any drink of your choice overlooking the surrounding areas.

 Services include; laundry and housekeeping services, Airport transfers and pickups since the camp is close to the airstrips, ample parking space available, walking night safaris.

 Wifi internet hotspot in the main tent that enables guests to keep in contact with their families and friends.

Serengeti  national  park  is  situated  in Tanzania  extending southern part  of Kenya / that’s  the Serengeti and  Mara ecosystem in simiyu region .  The park is among the popular and famous parks in Tanzania   covering   5700 square miles stretching north to Kenya and bordering Lake Victoria to the west.  June – October are the best periods to be in Serengeti national park since its dry season , it offers best wildlife viewing when wild beast are moving seeking for pasture and water. It’s the annual migration of wildebeests.

The park contains over  70 big mammals like  Buffaloes , elephants, crocodiles, zebras, lions, leopards, Impalas , Giraffes , antelopes  mention but a few and 500 species of birds like; Flamingos , ostriches , grey breasted  spur fowl,  Kori bustard, secretary birds and many more  which enables more tourists to visit the park and stay for a long time.
