Simbavati Migration Camp : Simbavati migration camp is a 4 star luxury seasonal accommodation owned and operated by simbavati collection that runs unique properties across Tanzania. It’s a mobile camp that moves twice in a year following the great wildebeest migration around Serengeti national park Tanzania. It’s perfectly placed between the northern part of Serengeti close to Mara River and the southern part in Ndutu plains. The camp is in a perfect base for luxury and safari adventure to tourists and travellers who want to experience wildebeest migration and the Serengeti plains. One can be at the camp taking approximately 6-7 hours’ drive from Arusha town to Serengeti national park and 1-2 hours to fly from Arusha to the close kogatende airstrip then few minutes to be transferred to the camp.
Simbavati migration camp consists of 6 en suite comfortable and comfortable tents overlooking the incredible scenic Serengeti plains and wildlife migration. Tents are well decorated, elevated on raised platform and furnished with en-suite facilities of Clean flushing toilet, Bush showers with hot and cold water , sink safari bucket, 24/7 electricity energy available, mosquito nets, tables and chairs, free toiletries, free bottled water , pillows and white duvets, coffee making facilities , bathrobes, slippers and other facilities . Tents have verandas and sitting area overlooking the spectacular view over the wildebeest migration, Serengeti plains and surrounding areas. Tents are equipped with excellent clean and washed beddings with queen sized beds. The camp has Cracking fireplaces pit where guests can relax and share stories and experience of the safari not only that it also provides warmth to the guests in the nights and during cold days. Tents have single beds for individuals, double bed for two people /couple and family /group rooming options.
