Entara Olmara Camp is referred to as a mid-range accommodation (3-star) situated in the remote areas and wild-filled region called soit le motonyi that is “well known for Predator activity “ in the eastern plain of the wonderful Serengeti national park Tanzania.
How to get there:
It takes approximately 6-7 hours’ drive from arusha town to Serengeti national park and 1-2 hours to fly from Arusha to the close Seronera airstrip, then an hour drive from the airstrip to the camp.
The camp is convenient and business-friendly to tourists, travellers and holidaymakers who want to discover and see a wide range of animals, wilderness and surrounding areas.
The Entara Olmara camp consists of 8 comfortable and spacious canvas tents with views of the wilderness that reflect traditional building styles, and two of the tents are designed with star domes and open roofs with comfortable proximity.
Tents are well elevated with raised platforms decorated and furnished with private en suite facilities of flushing toilets, hot and cold showers via solar heating, white curtains, mosquito nets, indoor lounge chairs ,Complementary bottled water, free toiletries and other facilities.
Tents have verandas, sitting area and balconies, you relax while overlooking the spectacular view of the Serengeti savannah plains and wild beasts roaming around the camp and surrounding area.
Tents have excellent clean and washed bedding with queen-sized beds that vary in size, with single beds for individual guests, double/twin beds for sharing and family rooming options.
The camp has a campfire pit where fire glows with comfortable chairs where guests relax and share experiences about the safaris; it also provides warmth to the guests during chill weather.

A restaurant in the main lounge area that serves different meals, both continental and local, to meet guest’s appetite; Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also serve outdoor and indoor dinner options and bush barbecue overlooking the stars in the sky.
A well-stocked bar offers both soft and hard drinks, including beers, sodas, wines, and water. It is located in the main lounge area, which features comfortable seating for relaxing and sipping sundowner cocktails while enjoying spectacular views of the endless Serengeti plains, wildlife visiting the camp, and other surrounding areas. In the evening, you can relax on the terraces while overlooking the Serengeti sunset.

The park
Serengeti National Park is located in Tanzania and extends into the southern part of Kenya; this area is known as the Serengeti and Mara ecosystem in the Simiyu region. The park is among the popular and famous parks in Tanzania, covering 5700 square miles stretching North to Kenya and bordering lake Victoria to the west.
June–October is the best period to be in Serengeti national park since it’s the dry season; it offers the best wildlife viewing when wildebeest are moving seeking pasture and water. It’s the annual migration of wild beasts.
The park contains over 70 large mammals, including buffaloes, elephants, crocodiles, zebras, lions, leopards, impalas, giraffes, and antelopes, as well as 500 species of birds, such as flamingos, ostriches, grey-breasted spur fowl, kori bustards, secretary birds, and many more, which encourages more tourists to visit the park and stay longer.
