Kananga Special Tented Camp is a mid-range accommodation (3.5 star) found in the heart of the famous Serengeti national park in Tanzania. The camp is situated 2 miles of Seronera information areas and on the foot of Banagi hills. It take approximately 6 hours drive from arusha town to Serengeti national park and an hour and half to fly from Arusha to the close seronera airstrip then 20 minutes’ drive from the airstrip to the camp . The camp is convenient, business friendly and located in the perfect position to guests visiting Seronera areas with spectacular views of the Banagi hills overlooking the beautiful savannah, the thorn trees in the park and surrounding areas.
Kananga special tented camp consists of 28 comfortable appointed and spacious tented rooms all with the view of wildlife crossing to banagi plains especially Zebra that reflect traditional building style with modern comfort . Tents are well decorated , elevated with raised platform and furnished with private en suite facilities like flushing toilets , hot and cold bush showers at sunrise via solar heating , vanity basin , flat screen TV, minibars, mosquito nets, indoor lounge chairs , free bottled water and other facilities . Tents have verandas, terraces and sitting area, you relax while overlooking the spectacular view of Serengeti plains, banagi hill and surrounding area. Tents have excellent clean and washed beddings with queen sized beds. They are in different categories and sizes depending on single ,double ,twins and family rooms with different costs ranging from 200$ per night and above , sometimes rate goes slightly high in peak season than low season. The camp has fireplaces that provide warmth to the guests during nights.

Serengeti national park is situated in Tanzania extending the southern part of Kenya / that’s the Serengeti and Mara ecosystem in Simiyu region.
